Application Requirements

Applicants receive the conditional letter right after their applications are evaluated by the International Office staff. The conditional letter states the requirements and the conditions for admission. The required documents for the registration are as follows:

For the Bachelor’s Degree (undergraduate)

*Official Diploma and Transcript for 4 years in high school.

*For English departments, TOEFL IBT requires a minimum score of 72 or higher, or you may take Nişantaşı English Proficiency Test.

* For Turkish Departments, students must submit a TOMER Certificate with at least a B2 or higher level of language proficiency, or they can take the Turkish Proficiency Test offered by Nişantaşı University.

***A sealed and approved Turkish or English translation is required if the original diploma is not in one of these languages.

For the MASTER’s Degree

*Latest Diploma (Graduation Certificate)

-What is a Diploma Equivalency Certificate?

The Diploma Equivalence (Denklik Belgesi) is a document which states that your high school diploma is equivalent to a Turkish high school diploma and you are therefore apt to enter studies in a higher education institution in Turkey. Obtaining the High School Equivalency Certificate is MANDATORY in order to finalize your registration in any Turkish Higher Education Institution. The students can get the equivalency certificate from the Turkish Embassy in their home country before coming to Turkey. Or, they can make an application for the document through the link below:

*After completing your registration process, you must submit your equivalency certificate to Nişantaşı University International Office within 40 days.

Note: If you studied at high school in Turkey, then you will not need to obtain the “Denklik” document.

*All students are obligated to complete their annual fee payment before coming to registration.

*Please keep in mind that if you fail to complete your registration, your payment will not be refunded.
